每个人的身体素质有差异，所以对于手淫过度的次数，也没有一个确切的数字。
一般情况下，根据个人体质，每周1-2次算是适度的，若是超过3次就算是自慰“过度”了。因为人们在过正常的性生活的时候，也基本上是这样的频率。
手淫次数超过正常性生活次数，就算过度。
