肯定有害,我30岁以前就这么玩,然后正常房事怎么弄也射不出来,每次感觉可以冲刺阶段都差那么一点点到达射精阈值. 累

非常有害,我前几年没老婆时就喜欢这样玩, 下体反复充血,有了前列腺炎
另外因为反复控制不射精  导致阈值极高.
跟老婆做爱的时候短短几秒换个姿势  射精的感觉就消失了就要冲刺半天才有射精的感觉.
害的我一个姿势做到底,根本不敢换姿势.

近几年戒除了手淫就慢慢恢复了
