尼玛，这种公司就是混蛋，就算是办公电脑也得容得人家有隐私吧，最看不起就是那种，觉得自己是个领导就站在道德制高点了，你能比别人道德高多少，再说这些都是人之常情，一部小电影人家就道德低下了。还有处理问题的方式简直就是卑劣，如果确实不想让人家在这里干，可以私下告诉员工犯了什么错。辞职也好解聘也好。没有必要用这种理由吧，这种做法明显就是要夺了人家饭碗，还要把人家搞臭，无耻之极。
